Who says heroes and heroines in their twenties and thirties should have all the fun —not to mention the romance?

I know plenty of baby boomers who are fit enough to handle most—if not all—of Marley’s physical feats, from running up a winding staircase in a lighthouse to paddling for her life in a kayak.

In fact, the way in which older protagonists are portrayed has prompted me to begin a research project to see if there’s been a real shift since the days of spinster busybodies like Miss Marple. With more baby boomer authors, I’m pretty sure there has been and will continue to be a shift.
